Adaptation of a Small Apartment in the Center of Belgrade | 22M2, Kosančićev Venac

The 22m² apartment is located in the historical core of Belgrade, on Kosančićev Venac, in a residential building from 1928. The small apartment renovation project in Belgrade focuses on creating an open, bright, and functional space by removing existing partitions. Sliding panels provide flexible zoning and privacy, while custom-designed furniture elements maximize every part of the interior. The space is characterized by dynamic color accents, balanced with warm wooden finishes and clean, minimal lines. This project by AJ Studio demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a compact apartment into a comfortable, modern, and personalized home in the very heart of Belgrade.
